So I have to work A LOT. On my day off, I decided to do a double brew. An IPA and a porter. I'm going to add pineapple and caramel flavor to the IPA to try and recreate the flavor of a milkshake that I really, really like. The porter, I'll add chocolate and jalapeno for a sweet with a little kick. Had that before and it's really good.I only have minimal brewing equipment so it took a while, brewing each batch one after the other. Started at about 9pm and finished around 4:30am.
