Ingredients10 cups water2 and a half cups of granulated sugar1/2 cup brown sugar packed1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract 4 Tbsp root beer extract 1 liter of moonshine or Everclear grain Alcohol Add water, both sugars and vanilla extract to a 4 quart slow cooker. Cook and cover on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Turn off or unplug slow cooker and stir in root beer extract. Allow the liquid to cook completely then add your alcohol. Ladle mixture into canning jars with lids and rings and store in a cool dark place for at least 7 days. Enjoy!
