This one is from my native province, Quebec. The Snow Blowing Prohibited sign (P-130-65) indicates the beginning of a zone where snowblowing operations are prohibited along a highway.So the snow is loaded into dump trucks. When I was a student in the ‘80s, I used to work in winter for my hometown public work as a flagger in front of the blower. Depending of the temp, it could be ok or crappy. Mostly when it is -4 F without windchill. Or when you were “loading”: the dump trucks (private), are paid by the trip. A punch on their card, a trip. So you must watch for people, vehicles and make sure you punch the proper card whenever you were moving from zone A to B and viceversa….Fun…
