Threw together a beef stew for dinner tonight. Small pieces of sirloin tip, potatoes , carrots, celery onion, garlic, broccoli, beef stock, tomato sauce, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes, travelers dust, cumin, paprika, and a bit of flour. I’ll make up some biscuits and that should about do it. Sure am glad I took that home ec class in high school. Mom was a great cook and taught me well.
