Capitalism allows anyone and everyone the opportunity to succeed and is the only system that allows people to improve their status. Socialism takes what others have and gives to the government until there is no more money then everything belongs to the government i.e. Cuba, Venezuela.

Capitalism serves the rich and keeps us at the bottom where we belong ensuring we never disrupt their way of life…. Socialism gives to the many not just the few, it ensures public ownership of energy, rail and Mail keeping costs down to the consumers while implementing technological advances to ensure the smooth running of the economy, whereas capitalism serves 1 purpose and that the profit share holders take home while keeping servicing to a minimum, Socialism brings with it free hospitals and health before profit, no parent has to watch as their child dies because their insurance doesn’t cover the kidney replacement even though they are at the top of the list it has to go to a family who has the means to pay, it also means people don’t have to sell their homes to pay crazy medical bills!… Socialism offers many countries like the U.K. to have a month of paid holiday a year it allows new mothers and father’s 12 months off to look after their new baby, it also ensures that those who fall ill or become disabled get homes to live in and benefits that support them financially… look at it this way In the bugs life movie you have the few big and powerful grasshoppers controlling the many thousands of ants, it’s only when the ants truly come together they become an unstoppable force which overthrows the few not so powerful grasshoppers. Socialism ensure we all pay a percent of our wages into the pot which covers all the above and so if one day you can no longer work… the many support you from that pot you have been paying into. People have been made to believe we need capitalism only because the few ( grasshoppers) control the media and the banks they drip feed society right from childhood teaching us only Capitalism works it tells us only the lucky few get to be at the top while the rest of us work our hands to the bone so the few can live lavish lives at the cost of our health… Capitalism capitalises on your life making you work 50 60 70 hour weeks to put bread on the table and just about cover your bills, you miss out on what’s important in life and that’s your family and indeed your health. Your comment is a very typical off the script reply that’s been carefully seeded into your mind from childhood and is what big corporate corporations love to see. The banking crises steaming from reckless lending for mortgages from banks which hit Wall Street 2008 caused by the corruption of the few had deadly impacts on the whole world and so who had to pick up the pieces to bail the banks out?…… yes it was the many thats just one example of the failure of capitalism….. it’s not about the many it only serves the few but when shit hits the fan it’s the many picking the pieces up that the few left behind. With its global reach, the U.S. banking industry almost pushed most of the world’s financial systems to near collapse as well. To prevent this, the U.S. government was forced to implement enormous bail-out programs for financial institutions previously billed as “too big to fail.” The 2008 financial crisis has similarities to the 1929 stock market crash. Gareth E R Trower socialism rewards those a that don’t work. It only works for a short amount of time. Any artificial supply/demand adjustment never works long term. Venezuela is a sorry example.

Dr. Seuzz I’m hardly going to debate the owner of the site lol we will agree to disagree, as to model Socialism by a few countries when Capitalism is only rewarding the few says in itself that it’s not working. But I respect your view!
