Something like this happened in my hometown several years ago.
The one who did it was actually related to me. My third cousin on my mom's side.
His boyfriend thought it was so funny that he had the picture from the newspaper framed.
Sadly the man passed away a few years later.

Holy shit!! Glad you're OK. That happened to the Speedway down the street from our house. Old lady hit the gas instead of the brake and plowed right through the store. Wowza. That's nuts!

My work installed stainless steel covered cement barrier poles in front of my store, conclusive of a similar situation at another location. Scary shit!
