Enjoy the laugh!A woman called the Sheriff’s Office Sunday afternoon to report a suspicious incident…a man was lying down behind her residence in Eloise with his hands in his pants—the front part of his pants. If his hands were cold, he should have just put on some mittens. Mittens seem to be all the rage these days.A deputy went to the scene and sure enough, there was the man, still lying down with his hands not in plain sight. As the deputy approached him, the man quickly removed his hands. From his pants. Not from his arms. Just thought we should make that part clear. The deputy asked the man for some identification. He said he had none.The deputy asked the man his name. The man gave the deputy someone else’s name. Eventually, the deputy discovered the man’s name was actually Felix. This next part you could probably recite from memory because unfortunately, it shows up in our stories way too often…The deputy then found that Felix was also in possession of methamphetamine.
